Let's have a conversation.
Not a sales call. Not a demo. Just a chat about what's going on with your IT and whether Dave can help. 30 minutes, no commitment.
Pick a time that works for you
Dave uses HubSpot for scheduling. Choose a 30-minute slot and you'll get a confirmation email with a Zoom link. Prefer to meet in person? Just mention it in the notes and he'll sort something at his Bristol office.

Can't find a time that works? That happens. Drop Dave an email or send a WhatsApp message and he'll find something that fits.
Not everyone's a calendar person.
Call Dave
0117 000 0000He picks up. That sounds like a small thing, but how many IT providers can you say that about? If he's on another call, you'll hear back within 2 hours. Usually much faster.
Send an email
contact@ashvaleit.co.ukGood for anything that doesn't need an immediate answer. Quotes, general questions, "I'm not sure what I need but something's not right." All fine.
Quick questions, screenshots of error messages, a "can you take a look at this?" on a Thursday afternoon. Sometimes the fastest way to get something sorted.

Bristol, UK
Dave works with businesses across the Bristol area and the wider South West. Most meetings happen over Zoom, but if you'd rather meet face to face, that works too.
What to expect
Here's what won't happen on the call. Dave won't read from a script. He won't push you into a package you don't need. He won't use words like "synergy" or "digital transformation" or pretend that IT support is more complicated than it needs to be.
Here's what will happen. He'll ask about your business, how many people you've got, what's causing you grief with technology, and what you're trying to achieve. Then he'll give you an honest opinion. Sometimes that's "you need TechShield Pro." Sometimes it's "you actually just need better Wi-Fi and a decent backup." And sometimes it's "I'm not the right fit for this, but I know someone who is."
30 days' cancellation on every plan. That's not buried in the small print. It's the whole philosophy. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold you to a contract you resent. Megan Foster called about a problem and had a Zoom meeting set up that same afternoon. Sarah from Brightway Business Solutions wrote "I believe everyone needs a Dave!" in a review. That's what the first conversation leads to.
You don't need to prepare anything for the meeting. Just show up and talk. Dave's been doing this for 14 years. He's heard every IT horror story going. Yours won't surprise him. (It might make him wince, though.)

Before you book
Yes. 30 minutes, no charge, no obligation. If Dave can help, he'll explain how. If he can't, he'll say so.
Depends on what you need. A Cyber Essentials consultation can start the same week. Full TechShield Pro onboarding for a team of 15 takes a bit longer, but a full provider switch typically happens in days with Dave. Not the months you might expect.
No. Most people who book a meeting don't. They know something's wrong with their IT. Dave works out what's actually needed. That's literally his job.
That's fine. Dave's used to helping businesses switch. 30 days' notice on your current contract (check your terms), and he handles the transition. No drama.
Bristol. Dave works with businesses across the city and the South West. Most meetings are on Zoom, but in-person works too if you're local.
