What do you actually need help with?

IT support, cyber security, training, telecoms, hardware. Five services, all under one roof, all managed by Dave and his team in Bristol. Pick the one that fits, or scroll down and we'll help you figure it out.

Everything your business needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Each service works on its own. But they're better together. A business with IT support, proper security, and trained staff doesn't just survive. It runs properly. This is what we offer.

TechShield Pro — IT Support

Your IT. Sorted. TechShield Pro covers helpdesk support, antivirus, backups, email, and the endless small fires that eat into your working day. Starting at £40/month for sole traders, £75/user/month for teams up to 30, and £99/user/month for businesses that need the full package.

That £40/month sole trader tier? Almost nobody else offers it. Dial A Geek requires 20 users minimum. Chorus won't talk to you below 30. Dave built TechShield Pro because one-person businesses deserve proper IT support too, not a watered-down version of an enterprise product.

30-day cancellation. No lock-in. You stay because it works, not because you're stuck.

Cyber Essentials — Security Consultancy

Get certified. Win government contracts. Sleep at night.

Cyber Essentials certification isn't optional any more. 48% of certified organisations now require their suppliers to hold it too, which means one client's procurement policy can suddenly make it your problem. And government contracts? They've required Cyber Essentials since 2014.

Dave doesn't hand you a 40-page compliance document and wish you luck. He walks you through the entire process in plain English. What needs fixing, how to fix it, and what to say in the assessment. His forensic computing background means he's not reading from a textbook. He investigated real cyber incidents at university before he started helping businesses prevent them.

Beacon Academy — Cybersecurity Training

Something Dave genuinely believes: anyone in your business should be able to name three ways they keep the company cyber secure. Can yours?

Beacon Academy is a standalone cybersecurity training platform. Not a bolt-on webinar. Not a PDF someone skims and forgets. Actual training your whole team can understand, covering phishing awareness, password hygiene, and how to spot a dodgy email before it costs you £10,000. (The best firewall in the world can't stop someone clicking a bad link.)

No other Bristol IT provider has a dedicated training platform. Most offer "security awareness" as a bullet point on a features list. Dave built an entire business around it. That's the difference between saying you care about training and proving it.

Switchover Ready — Telecoms

January 2027. Your phone lines are switching off. BT's PSTN shutdown is permanent, and 82% of small businesses aren't ready.

If your phones ring through a traditional landline, your broadband comes through a phone socket, or you've got a fax machine that still works (yes, really), this affects you. It's not a distant problem. It's ten months away.

Dave helps Bristol businesses audit what they've got, figure out what needs changing, and switch to modern telecoms before the deadline. No panic, no overselling. Just getting you sorted before January hits.

Hardware & Repairs

Business laptops, desktops, and networking gear. Sourced, configured, and delivered ready to use.

Dave doesn't sell consumer kit from a catalogue. He matches hardware to what your business actually needs, configures it with your security policies, and sets it up so your team can start working the day it arrives. Need a replacement fast because something died on a Wednesday afternoon? That's the kind of call he's used to.

Not sure where to start?

Most people who call Dave don't arrive with a neat list of requirements. They arrive with a feeling. Something like "our IT is a mess and I don't know what to do about it." That's fine. Genuinely.

Book a 30-minute meeting. Dave will ask about your setup, what's causing you grief, and what you're trying to do. Then he'll tell you what he thinks you need. Sometimes it's TechShield Pro. Sometimes it's just a hardware upgrade and better backups. Sometimes it's a conversation about Cyber Essentials because a client is asking for it. He won't sell you things you don't need. Megan Foster called about a problem and had a Zoom meeting set up that same afternoon. That's the pace.
